Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LiquiLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on the Free plan.

2. Description of the Service

LiquiLink is a link-in-bio and portfolio builder. It allows registered users to create a public profile page, share a short URL, and track visits and outbound link clicks. Certain features require a paid subscription (Plus or Pro plan).

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@liquilink.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our servers or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your portfolio. By publishing content, you grant LiquiLink a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the rights to publish any content you add.

6. Plans and payments

The Free plan allows one portfolio with core features. Plus and Pro plans unlock additional features and are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Plan fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Plans auto-expire after the billing period unless renewed. Downgrading removes access to paid features immediately upon expiry; your content and portfolio are not deleted.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiquiLink and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated portfolios and data. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
